1/2 head of purple cabbage, coarsely chopped
2-3 leeks, sliced into disks
1 bunch radishes (optional), cut in half
1-2 cloves garlic, smashed and minced
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 Santaka pepper, cut in half
Salt & pepper to taste (or special herbed salts are great here too)
1. Heat olive oil in skillet over medium heat. Add leeks and garlic. Sautee for approx. 5 minutes, until bright green and tender.
2. Add cabbage, radishes (if using), and Santaka pepper. Sautee for another 8-10 minutes, until tender. Add soy sauce and sautee for another minute to incorporate.
3. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Herbed salts are great here too.
